We don't want the added sugar but want the flavour. Make fruit more fun by freezing grapes, banana slices, or mango chunks overnight and packing them with an ice pack.
Make your own apple chips. Toss thin slices of Fuji apples with a mix of 1 cup lemon juice and ¼ cup water. Drain, then arrange in one layer on a nonstick baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 2½ hours at 150 degrees Fahrenheit.
