Enjoy, unwind, relax

With Kay McDonnell, Massage Therapist and Reflexologist

Our Therapies

I offer a range of complementary therapies that aim to heal, calm and revitalize the body.

Reflexology works on the premise that all organs in the body have reflexes in the feet and by stimulating these reflexes we are stimulating the body to heal itself. Reflexology maps the feet including the toes as a mirror of our own body organs. The science of reflexology is when there is sensitivity in a reflex area that would be an indication of stress or weakness in the corresponding organ or body part

Massaging the shoulder

In general, massage therapy press, rub, and otherwise manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body I use massage therapy for a variety of health-related purposes, including to relieve pain, sports injuries, reduce stress, neck & shoulder pain, increase relaxation, address anxiety and depression, and aid general wellness.

Baby Reflexology Can Help With:

Excessive crying

Sleep problems

Digestive problems

I recently completed the Body Baby Reflexology course with my baby. I learned some fantastic techniques to help me soothe my baby who was suffering from reflux and trapped wind. I now have the skills to help Liv and ease her discomfort after feeding. I would highly recommend Kay as a therapist and also reflexology for both Mom and baby.
